What are the different types of materials used to make poker chips?
Clay – These poker chips are made with real clay and have no metal insert.
Clay Composite – These poker chips are made with real clay and have a metal insert to adjust their weight.
Composite – These poker chips are made with ABS and have a metal insert to adjust their weight.
How many poker chips do I need?
We recommend that you should have between 75 and 100 chips per person.
300 Chip Set = 3-4 Players
500 Chip Set = 5-6 Players
1000 Chip Set = 10-13 Players
Why do poker chips come in different colors?
Each color represents a different dollar denomination. The common color denominations are as follows:
White = $1
Red = $5
Blue = $10
Green = $25
Black = $100
Purple = $500
Yellow = $1000
Pink = $5000
Orange = $10000
Can I pick the poker chip colors that I want in my set?
Yes, you decide what chip colors you want in your set. You may even have your set to be just one chip color.
What type of payment options can be used?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders and Cashier Checks.
Is there a charge for sales tax?
We charge sales tax to any package that is shipped to a Minnesota address.
How is my package shipped?
We use USPS, UPS and freight, depending on the size of the package. You may have a product shipped next day air, 2nd day air or ground.
Can my package be shipped internationally?
We currently ship to Canada and Puerto Rico.
Can I return an item that I purchased?
Yes, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return any unopened item to us. You must submit a return authorization form to have your return processed. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. See our Return Policy.
