- Only the cost of the product is refunded (less restocking fee), shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Damaged Product

- All damaged product is insured by the shipper and will be replaced at no cost to you.
- Please keep all product packaging, shipper may request inspection.
- We will need a picture of the damaged product emailed to us.
- Once shipper approves the damage claim, replacement product will be shipped to you.
Defective Product
- Please contact us with your defective product claim
- Any defective product will be replaced at no cost to you.
- We will need a picture of any defective product emailed to us.
